Forgot your password on BizzyCampus

You lost your password. You choose a new one with a 6-digit code received by email.

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?

2. Enter your Email address, then select Send me a code.

3. Choose a New password, repeat it in Confirm password, then enter the code you received. The code expires after 5 minutes.

4. Select Change my password.

Password changed appears. Select Back to sign in.

If it persists

The code doesn’t arrive. Wait for the countdown to end, then select Resend code. An expired code is replaced the same way. If the address is wrong, select Use another address.

“The two passwords do not match.” Retype the confirmation.
