Invite several sales reps

You invite a list of sales reps at once from Settings › My team. They all get the Sales role. For another role, invite them one by one: Invite a team member.

Steps

1. Open Settings › My team, then the Invite several sales reps section.

2. Paste the addresses into Sales reps’ email addresses: one per line, or separated by commas or semicolons. A spreadsheet column works.

3. Check the counter under the field, for example 2 valid addresses. A line that isn’t an address is flagged and will be skipped. Fix it in the list and the preview updates.

4. Select Invite 2 sales reps (the number follows your list).

What you see

A counter advances while sending: Sending invitations…. Then a report gives the number of sales reps invited and says, for each case:

• people who already had an account: nothing to do;

• people who already had a pending invitation: no second email;

• addresses that couldn’t be invited: check them, then try again with a new list.

New list empties the field.

If it doesn’t work

Sending interrupted Select Resume sending. The list restarts where it stopped, and nobody gets two emails.

“Too many requests at once. Wait a minute, then try again.” Wait a minute.
