Follow an event
FrançaisRead an event’s overview: assigned, active and ready students, scores, latest simulations.
Open an event from Job Dating to see how its students are doing. It has two tabs, Overview and Scenarios, plus Report and Assigned students once the event is closed.
Overview
Four indicators:
Assigned students, with the number of pending invitations.
Active students (≥ 10 min): at least one completed 10-minute simulation.
Average score: the average across all scenarios.
Ready students: at least 5 completed simulations and a score above 75%.
Below are Top Performers and Needs support, Score by dimension (Structure, Expression, Motivation, Assurance, Argumentation, out of 20) and Latest simulations. Until someone has played, these blocks say No data available.
Scenarios
The list of the event’s scenarios gives, for each, the number of assigned students, how many played, how many are ready and the average score. Open scenario and Duplicate act on the row. New scenario, at the top, adds one.
An event that is over
The day after its date, the event is Over. A banner says “This event took place on …”: no more simulations can be played in it, and the figures are final. To freeze it: Close an event and read its report.
Remove an event from the list
Delete, inside the event, asks for confirmation (“Delete this event?”) then removes it from Job Dating. Existing analyses are kept, and the report of a closed event stays readable. Teachers and administrators can both do it. The interviews students see on their Job Dating page don’t change.
