Give students access
FrançaisAssign a scenario to students who have an account, or invite them with a list of addresses.
A student only sees an interview if you assign it to them. A scenario’s Assignments section does this for students who have an account, and invites those who don’t.
Students who have an account
Open the scenario, Assignments section.
In Students of the school, search with Search by name or email, or select Select all.
Tick the students. Those who already have it are marked Already assigned.
Select Assign 2 students (the number follows your choice).
The student sees the interview the next time they sign in. No email is sent.
Students without an account
Open Invite several students without an account.
Paste the addresses, one per line or separated by commas, into Students’ email addresses.
Select Invite and assign 3 students.
Each one receives an invitation to join the programme and is assigned to the scenario. A report says how many were invited, how many already had an account, and how many were already assigned.
Follow and fix
The list students assigned to this scenario shows each address. A person who hasn’t accepted yet is marked Invitation pending: Send again sends the email again. The trash icon removes the assignment.
If it doesn’t work
Sending interrupted: Resume sending restarts where it stopped, and nobody is assigned twice.
“This student has already played this scenario: their assignment can no longer be removed.” Nothing to do.
“This event is over…” Assignments no longer change: duplicate the scenario.
“No student has an account in the school yet: invite them with the list below.” The Students of the school list shows only students who have accepted an invitation. Use Invite several students without an account.
