What happens during the interview

The interview plays on a dark screen: your persona, you, and three round buttons at the bottom. The conversation is not shown as text. Listen and answer out loud.

The briefing

Before you speak, a screen sums up the session: the scenario, Your contact, The context and Your mission. Start Simulation starts the call. Resume call resumes a paused interview.

During the call

At the top are the scenario name, the timer and Connected. The three round buttons at the bottom:

• Pause: confirm Pause this training? with Pause. The interview can be resumed from My analyses, and no analysis is generated.

• Mute microphone, which becomes Unmute microphone.

• End call, the red button, stays greyed out until the persona has replied 8 times: “The analysis unlocks after 8 exchanges”. After that, End this training? and End start the analysis.

Ending the call… appears, then the analysis opens: Read your interview analysis.

If you stop talking

After 30 seconds of silence from you, Are you still there? appears with a 30-second countdown. Select Yes, I’m here. With no answer, Session paused appears: Resume restarts the call, Leave takes you back to your analyses.

If the connection drops

Reconnecting…: wait. Disconnected: select Reconnect. “The audio connection could not be established. If your network filters calls (company or school network), try another one.”: switch networks, then Retry.

A drop does not end the interview: it can be resumed from My analyses. The analysis is generated only if you end the interview after 8 exchanges. An interview left for a week without being resumed is closed with no analysis.
