Find your past simulations

The Training history lists all your simulations, newest first. Open it with Analyses in the sidebar (My analyses in an independent account).

Steps

1. Open Analyses.

2. Type a word in Search... to look for a scenario or a persona.

3. Narrow the list with the three filters: Status (Completed, In progress, Abandoned), Score and Date (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days).

4. Select a row to open the simulation.

What you see

Each row shows the date, the scenario with the persona and the difficulty, the duration, the score and the status. On a phone, rows become cards. A simulation with no analysis shows N/A instead of a score.

• A Completed simulation opens its analysis: Read your analysis.

• An In progress simulation opens Session paused: Resume session restarts the call.

• An Abandoned simulation stays unfinished: no analysis is generated, but the recording and the exchanges can still be viewed.

No trainings found appears when the filters match nothing: select Clear search or set the filters back to All.

A Manager, an Administrator or the Owner sees the team’s history first, with a Sales column. Choosing Personal shows only their own simulations.
