Plans, trial and billing
FrançaisWhat the Billing tab shows: the free trial, choosing a plan, following a subscription and the client account.
The Billing tab in Settings shows where your usage stands and lets you choose a plan. Only the Owner, the Administrator and independent users see it. Prices are shown in the tab, so this page doesn’t repeat them.
The free trial
A new space starts with a free trial of 5 simulations in total. The trial is never topped up. The tab shows Free trial with the number of simulations left, the Sessions used bar and the trial’s SmartBrief line. The sidebar counter follows the same total: see Find your way around BizzyTrainer.
Choose a plan
Choose your plan shows the plans in the catalog. A switch sets the billing period: Monthly or Yearly for an independent user, Monthly (no commitment) or Yearly for a team. Each card lists what it includes: simulations per month, SmartBrief, Administrator licences and Manager dashboard & per-member quotas for a team. The Recommended plan is highlighted.
Select Choose this plan on the card you want.
For a team, choose the launch support in How would you like to be supported at launch?: Self-service, Acceleration or Transformation. The screen warns that this choice can’t be added after you subscribe. Continue or Choose confirms.
You go to the payment page, then come back to the Billing tab.
Once you subscribe, the counter restarts from zero on the plan’s volume. The trial’s remaining simulations are not added to it.
An independent user goes straight to the payment page.
A subscription in progress
The tab shows the plan, its Subscription status (Active, Payment pending or Cancelled) and Current period ends on a date. Manage subscription opens the payment portal. When a subscription ends, the space goes back to the free trial, with 5 simulations in total. To change plans during a subscription, the button on the cards becomes Contact us.
A client account
A client account is followed together with the BizzyTrainer team. The tab shows Client account and Simulations completed, with no cap and no plans to choose. To change it, write to the address shown in the tab.
