Join your team from an invitation

Your company has invited you. You create your account, go through a 5-step welcome, then start your first simulation.

Before you start

The invitation arrives by email. It is tied to your address, so open the link with that address.

Steps

1. Open the link in the email. The join page shows the company name and your Email address, already filled in.

2. Enter your Full name and a Password of at least 8 characters, then select Join followed by the company name.

3. If you already have an account with this address, select Sign in. The invitation is accepted when you sign in.

4. Go through the welcome with Continue: Welcome to your space, What your manager sees, Company context, then Configure your simulation. Back goes back one step.

5. On Configure your simulation, choose the Simulation language and the Type of exchange to practice.

6. Select Start my first simulation when the Your first simulation card appears.

What you see

The session screen opens on the briefing, at Easy difficulty. The company context (what it sells and its target) is what your administrator entered. You can’t change it here. The rest: Start your first simulation, from step 6.

Your Manager, your Administrators and the Owner follow your progress. They can open the analysis of each of your simulations and listen to it again.

If it doesn’t work

“Invitation not found” The link is no longer valid. Ask your administrator to send you a new one.

“Invitation expired” Same fix: ask for a new link.

“Wrong account” You are signed in with a different address from the one invited. Select Sign out to continue.

“Account already linked” This account already belongs to an organization. Select Go to my workspace.
