Read your analysis

The analysis of a simulation opens from Analyses (or My analyses), or from the bell. It tells you whether the goal was reached, what worked and what to rework.

What the page contains

• Global score: a percentage and a grade. Excellent from 80%, Good from 60 to 79%, Average from 40 to 59%, Needs work below 40%. Below it are five dimensions scored out of 6: Vocal & Verbal Communication, Key Sales Behaviors, Emotional Intelligence, Sales Strategy and Product & Market Knowledge.

• The simulation’s goal, with its result: Achieved, Partial or Not achieved.

• Strengths and Areas for improvement.

• Key Moments: excerpts from the conversation, marked Strength or To work on. The arrows move from one moment to the next. For a moment to work on, You could have said suggests a wording, and Why this advice? explains it.

• Action Plan: numbered tips for next time.

View detailed analysis opens a longer report. Before your first read, the app asks you to confirm your email with a 6-digit code, then unlocks the rest of your space.

If the analysis isn’t there

Generating your analysis… The analysis usually takes less than a minute. The page updates by itself.

Session too short for an analysis You need at least 8 exchanges. Select New simulation and see the conversation through.

The analysis could not be generated. Select Retry the analysis. The screen says the simulation is credited back to you: it goes back to your space’s simulation counter.

Session paused The session is not finished: Resume session. The analysis arrives when you hang up.

Session abandoned No analysis will be generated. The recording and the exchanges can still be viewed.
