Read your interview analysis

Read an interview’s analysis in My analyses, or from Review my simulation and its analysis on the interview’s card. It tells you what worked, what was missing and what to rehearse. It has three tabs. Play the recording replays the interview above the analysis, and each key moment offers Listen to this passage.

Overview

The Overall score as a percentage, then five axes scored out of 20: Structure, Expression, Motivation, Assurance and Argumentation. Next to it are Strengths and Areas for improvement. Under Key moments, the arrows move from one excerpt to the next: What was expected, your sentence, then You could have said. Why? explains the advice.

Analysis and action plan

The Contents on the left leads to Detailed analysis: each axis has a question, a status, a score out of 20 (Acquired from 14, In progress from 8, Not acquired below), then criteria scored out of 6, with a sentence from your interview quoted. Action plan lists numbered tips for next time.

Profile

Profile recalls the Scenario, the Event, the Date and the Offer context you played.
