Usage, trial and client account

Settings › Usage shows where your school stands: trial or client account, number of students, Job Dating activity, simulations played. BizzyCampus has no payment tab.

Trial or client account

At the top of the tab, one sentence gives the status:

• Free trial: “Free trial — 3 / 5 simulations used.” The sidebar counter, which every student can see, shows Free trial and the simulations left out of the total. The simulations of all the school’s students count against the same total.

• Client account: “Client account — nothing limits simulations; your usage is tracked together with our team.” Students then have no counter.

There is no button to switch from one status to the other: see below.

Read the tab

Choose the period at the top: Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days or Since the beginning.

• Accounts: Students (including how many have no simulation), Teachers and administrators, Pending invitations.

• Job Dating: Events (upcoming, past, archived), Scenarios (drafts, published, archived), Assignments (assigned students, without account).

• Simulations: Counted simulations, Completed, Conversation minutes, Average score, Students with a simulation and Active students (at least one completed 10-minute simulation over the period).

• By student and By scenario: one table each. left the organization marks a student who was removed.

What this means for you

A simulation is counted only once it is far enough along to generate an analysis, that is, after 8 exchanges. Counted simulations can be lower than the number of simulations started.

If the counter reaches zero

Your students can no longer start an interview. The screen tells them “Quota reached.” The trial is never topped up. To switch to a client account, write to contact@bizzytrainer.ai, the contact address on the BizzyCampus page of the website.
