A persona is the person you face. A scenario is the sales situation to rehearse. You have the AI generate them, fix them, then choose which ones the team should practice. Only the Owner, the Administrator and the Manager create them, and an independent user for their own account. A sales rep can browse the catalog, pick favorites and create only personal items, visible to them alone.

Create a persona

1. Open Personas, then select New persona.

2. In Instructions (optional), describe what you want, for example the profile and the sector.

3. Choose the Languages (optional): Arabic, English or French.

4. Set How many contacts? with the slider, from 1 to 4, then select Generate.

5. Pick a draft from the list, fix it, then select Save this one, or Save all. Remove discards a draft.

Selection saved appears, with View contacts. Regenerate offers new drafts.

Create a scenario

The path is the same: Scenarios, New scenario, then Generate. Describe the situation you want in Instructions (optional), for example “Discovery call for a complex B2B solution”. Each draft carries a goal, which the analysis uses to say whether the simulation reached it.

Fix or delete

Select a card in the list to open its sheet. A persona has four tabs: Identity, Behavioral Profile, Voice Configuration and Display Summary. A scenario has four too: General Information, Sales Objective, Scenario and Sales Challenges. Select Save to keep your changes.

When you create one, the persona’s Display Summary tab and the scenario’s General Information tab carry a checkbox, Create as an organization contact or Create as an organization scenario. Checked, which is the default, the item is shared with the team and appears under Organization. Unchecked, it stays personal and appears under Personal.

Delete removes the item: “This action cannot be undone.” The screen tells you in how many sessions it was used. They keep their own copy.

In the lists, the All, Favorites, Organization and Personal tabs (and Recommended for scenarios) sort the catalog, and the star on a card adds it to your favorites.

Recommend a scenario to the team

1. In Scenarios, select Manage Recommendations.

2. In Choose a scenario to recommend..., pick a scenario.

3. If the recommendation should stop, enter an End Date (Optional).

4. Select Add Recommendation.

The scenario appears under Active Recommendations, with Until and the date, and comes first in New simulation marked Recommended. The red trash button removes the recommendation.

If it doesn’t work

“Generation is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.” Select Generate again.

“Unable to save. Check the fields and try again.” A field marked with a star is empty. The field message says which.

An empty list shows No personas yet or No scenarios. Until you have read your first analysis, New persona and New scenario are greyed out.
