Regain access to your account

You can’t remember your password. You choose a new one with a 6-digit code sent by email.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?

2. Enter your Email address, then select Send me a code.

3. On New password, choose a New password, repeat it in Confirm password, then enter the code you received. It is valid for 5 minutes.

4. Select Change my password.

Password changed appears and your other devices are signed out. Select Back to sign in and sign in with the new password.

If it persists

“The two passwords do not match.” Retype the confirmation.

“Incorrect code, try again.” Enter the code again. “This code has expired, request a new one.” Select Resend code.

The code doesn’t arrive. Wait for the countdown to end, then select Resend code. If the address is wrong, select Use another address.

“Incorrect email or password.” at sign-in: check the address, or go through the steps above again.
