Set up your independent space

You create an Independent account, describe what you sell and to whom, and the app generates a persona and a scenario for your first simulation.

Before you start

• Have an email address and, if you have one, your website address. The app reads it to fill in your profile.

• Wear a headset for the simulation.

• Sign-up is free and needs no credit card. It gives you 5 simulations in total, and they are never topped up. See Plans, trial and billing.

Steps

1. On the sign-up page, check that Independent is selected. Company is for a team: see Set up your team space.

2. Enter your Email address and a Password of at least 8 characters, then select Create my account.

3. On Let’s start with your sales activity, enter your website address in Your website URL and select Analyze my website. With no website, select I don’t have a website.

4. With a website, check what the app found: Your name, Your job title, What you sell, Your target. Select That’s right, let’s continue, or select Edit to correct it, then Confirm and continue. Restore the analysis brings back the text found on the website.

5. With no website, fill in three screens: Your name and Your job title (Continue to what I sell), Describe what you sell (Continue to my target), then Your target (Confirm and continue). The offer and the target need at least 10 characters each.

6. On Configure your first simulation, choose the Simulation language (French, English or Arabic) and the Type of exchange to practice: Prospecting, Discovery, Demo, Negotiation, Closing or Follow-up. Select Generate my persona.

7. A Your first simulation card shows YOUR CONTACT, THE SCENARIO and YOUR MISSION. Select Start my first simulation.

What you see

The session screen opens on the briefing for your first simulation, at Easy difficulty. The rest plays out as in Start your first simulation, from step 6.

If you select I can’t do the simulation right now, you land on the Dashboard, and a First simulation to complete banner brings you back. Until you have read your first analysis, the rest of your space stays limited: New simulation and SmartBrief send you back to your first simulation.

If it doesn’t work

“We couldn’t read this page. Check the URL or switch to manual entry.” Correct the address, or select I don’t have a website.

“Generation failed” Select Retry.

“Generation blocked” The AI model refused your text. Edit the offer or the target, or select I’ll do it later.

“An account already exists with this address.” Sign in with that address and your password from the sign-in page. If you have lost your password: Regain access to your account.
